Hi, I’m Dasha — founder of The Data Incline. I help mission-driven teams get clarity in their data systems.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in public health and research—supporting projects at Yale, Pitt, and NIH. I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, committed teams losing time to chaotic files and unclear systems.
I hold a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MPH from Yale. Today, I support metadata strategy, persistent identifiers, and digital infrastructure as a contractor at the NIH, and for other research institutions and nonprofit teams.
Why I Started The Data Incline
I launched The Data Incline because I believe every team deserves clean, organized systems that save time and protect impact. Whether you’re preparing reports for funders or just trying to onboard someone new, the right structure makes everything smoother.
Here’s what I help teams do:
- Get a clear, structured view of their data systems
- Implement naming and storage practices that stick
- Create documentation that’s actually useful
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about clarity, consistency, and helping people do their work without digging through a dozen “final” folders.
If you’re ready to simplify your data systems, I’d love to talk.
