3. Payment Terms

- Late payments may be subject to a fee
- Services may be paused if payment is delayed beyond 14 days
4. Confidentiality
All client data and communications are treated as confidential unless the client gives explicit permission to share. The Data Incline does not share client files, project details, or results without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their data
- The Data Incline retains ownership of any original tools, frameworks, or templates developed for internal use
Deliverables provided as part of a project may be used by the client for internal purposes without restriction.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please provide notice as soon as possible. Refunds for prepaid services may be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope and stage of the work.

The Data Incline provides consulting services based on best practices and professional experience. We do not make guarantees about specific business outcomes or legal compliance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of deliverables complies with any applicable laws or regulations.
